I upgraded to 12 in the hope that it would resolve an issue I was having with 10. When you look at a list of hints that show up in on the Web Search page, many times selecting a Public Member Tree will result in the "loading" circle in the lower right Search Result Detail window, never showing you the information from the selection so that you can merge it. What can you do to get this data to load? Is there a tech support forum somewhere?
