Doesn?t matter what are you baking, it will be always more cute in its MINI version ! My mom made me a surprise and she sent me a mini muffin maker, that is why I baked ?tiny army? of super chocolate & chocolate-chip mini muffins. In total I baked around 50, so imagine that normally you would get only 12 with standard muffin tray. I love them, especially that there is?so?many of them. They are delicious, moist, tiny and perfect for afternoon snack ;)
Ingredients aka your shopping list
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100 g chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instruction
Heat up your mini muffin maker or oven to around?160? C. Mix all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, chocolate chips) together and in separate bowl mix all liquid ingredients (milk, oil, egg, vanilla extract) together. Pour liquid to bowl with dry ingredients and mix until combine.
My mini muffin maker can bake 7 muffins per 1 time (15 minutes each set), from used ingredients you can bake 6-7 sets, so in total you will obtain around 50 lovely chocolate mini muffins.
