OVERVIEW:

The Director will act as strategic communications counsel. ?They will work with senior leaders across Asset Management, and be is expected to provide communications counsel and insights on positioning and messaging in building awareness, understanding and support for Asset Management's strategic goals and priorities amongst associates and business.

DAY-TO-DAYS:

This Director of Internal Communications Strategy and Content Development will create comprehensive, multi-faceted internal communications programs that engage associates, and help to better understand how Internal roles contribute to and support Asset Management's business goals and priorities.?Develop the strategy and lead the effort to implement associate research (quantitative and focus groups) that will provide insights into the communications needs and preferences of this group and inform the build out of the overall Asset Management internal communications plan. Build an internal executive communications program for AM's most senior executives. Programs will outline key AM internal messages and create opportunities for delivery of those messages through executive presentations in leadership and associate forums, executive memos that provide quarterly business reviews, updates on strategic initiatives, organization and personnel announcements etc. ?The Director will develop Asset Management? strategy, calendar, agendas and corresponding content for internal leadership and associate events.? This will include assisting with event logistics, presentations, multi-media components.
ABOUT YOU:
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.?Minimum of 10 years related communications experience is required.?Experience with strategic planning and tactical implementation of internal communications programs. ?Most importantly, Candidates should have?Asset Management, investment knowledge or fixed Income Internal Communications experience.
