Jason Russell has now created a second viral video -- though this one is a bit less cinematic.
Arrested on Thursday for allegedly masturbating and being under the influence of drugs or alcohol in public, the co-founder of the advocacy group Invisible Children and the documentarian behind the 30 minute web sensation video Stop Kony is seen in a new video unearthed by TMZ, ranting and raving as he marches down the streets of San Diego.

Just as his video, which attacked the Ugandan warlord Joseph Kony, garnered millions of views, the initial, blurry video from TMZ has become a search sensation, as well. Now, this new video is destined to be passed around, which will further move the focus from his advocacy to the wild moments in southern California.
Following his arrest, Invisible Children released a statement saying that Russell had been "hospitalized... suffering from exhaustion, dehydration and malnutrition. He is now receiving medical care and is focused on getting better."
The Kony video, which was pushed forward by the Twitter hashtag #Kony2012, received plenty of backing from Hollywood, with many stars using their Twitter feeds to spread the message.?Zooey Deschanel,?Busy Phillips,?Simon Pegg,?Chloe Moretz,?Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber,?Rihanna?and?Olivia Wilde,?tweeted links to the video, and?Ben Affleck?and?Angelina Jolie, amongst other stars, made public appeals for Kony's capture.
Following the arrest, some in Hollywood spoke out again; Community creator and showrunner Dan Harmon mocked the coverage of both the initial video and the reaction, tweeting, ?All News Arrested for Public Masturbation and Vandalizing Journalism While Possibly Under the Influence of Stuff a Cop Said Someone Said,? adding, ?CNN and FOX agree: Do NOT accept uncorroborated propaganda from internet hippies that possibly drop acid and throw sperm at your car maybe.?
The Big Bang Theory?star?John Ross Bowie?spoke out about the backlash, tweeting: ?You realize this doesn't automatically make Joseph Kony a nice guy, right??
